I. Processing & The Curation Window

Each order undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before leaving our vault.

Standard Archive Elements: Please allow 1–3 business days for our curators to prepare and package your order.
Limited Edition 1993 Releases: Due to the specialized handling required for our heritage pieces, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.

II. Transit Narratives (Shipping Times)

We ship globally to ensure every storyteller can build their foundation, regardless of geography.

Domestic (Standard): 5–10 business days.
Domestic (Express): 2–6 business days.
International Voyager: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination and local customs protocols).

III. Tracking Your Chapter

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Transit Confirmation via email. This will include your tracking number, allowing you to follow the journey of your elements from our vault to your door.

IV. Shipping Rates

Foundational Shipping: Flat-rate shipping applies to all standard orders.
Complimentary Transit: Orders exceeding £50 qualify for complimentary standard shipping—our gift to your growing archive.

V. Customs & International Borders

For our international collectors, please note that Jettie is not responsible for local customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
